It depends where you buy them. Two sources in the U.S. are https://shop.ftsafe.us/ and Amazon https://www.amazon.com/FIDO-U2F-Security-Key/s?k=FIDO+U2F+Security+Key
Yubikey is another popular option: https://www.yubico.com/ and https://www.amazon.com/yubikey/s?k=yubikey
I don't personally use either.
