Our prepayment electricity meters can hold up to £249 – our gas prepayment meters can hold up to £999 credit. You can add anything from £1 up to £99 onto your card each time you go to your nearest Payzone, PayPoint or Post Office outlet to top it up with credit.

For gas traditional the maximum a meter holds is £999 and can top up up to £49 in one transaction. For Smart a meter holds up to £999 for both gas and electricity and maximum top up in one transaction is £200.
