How do you add more GB? My iPhone storage if full and I have only 64GB and I would like to add more but don't know how to.

Simply put, you cant. You either have to reduce storage or buy a new phone with more storage.

You cannot add more storage to the phone. It will always have the amount it came with. You can buy space in Apple's synching service, iCloud. See this link...
What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? - Apple Support
To create space, you must delete photos, messages, apps, etc.. Be sure to save important photos and data to your computer or an external drive. This video may be helpful...
