The 3D Secure PIN is made to safeguard your balance, prevent unauthorized transactions. But you fail to insert the code, so that transaction would be presumed inauthentic - a virtual fraud attempt. Therefore, your card will be blocked in order to prevent further action from the internet thieves.
To unblock your 3D Secure and unblock your card, you should contact your bank or card company for further assistance. Some banks will ask for your personal information to confirm that you’re the rightful owner of the card. Then they will proceed to unblock your 3D Secure credit or debit card. Others might offer a way to unblock your 3D Secure in their internet banking or mobile app. Contact your bank in case of deactivation for the most convenient way to reactivate your 3D Secure.
