How do I request a refund?
All sales are final. Event Organizers determine refund guidelines and are only allowed in limited circ*mstances.
Based on the circ*mstances of your event, select one of the options below for further instructions:
If the Event Organizer has approved refunds, you’ll see a Request Refund button in your online account. After you’ve submitted your refund request, it will be processed to the original method of payment used when you purchased your tickets. It should appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
The options to transfer or sell your tickets may be available. When they’re offered, you’ll see a Transfer Tickets or Sell Tickets button on your order.
- No action is required. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear in your account within 14-21 business days.
When purchasing tickets in the future, you may want to elect to buy ticket insurance which offers refunds for covered reasons. Read more about it in our Ticket Insurance FAQ.
