Reinstalling or restarting a game can often solve most of the problems you may encounter :)
To restart a game, simply force quit the application and launch it again.
Reinstalling a game may be trickier. Please follow these steps to avoid losing your game progress:
- Make sure your game is connected to your Facebook account. Please note that we do not recommend connecting more than one Facebook account to the game since it may interfere with saving your progress.
- Go to Settings > Apps, choose the game you wish to reinstall, and tap Delete.
- Restart your device.
- Go to the Google Play Store and download the app again.
- Make sure to check that you have a stable internet connection before you launch the game. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi networks are generally more stable than mobile networks.
- Once you launch the game, you'll see a pop-up window with an option to load your game progress. Confirm your choice and enjoy the game! :)
