I appreciate the screenshot you've provided, @deepti3_1.
Regarding the steps that are shared above, they apply to QBO Canada (CA). However, the option to import journal entries may be a great way to save time and reduce manual errors, is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online United States (US). But don't worry, there's a workaround for this. You can explore third-party apps to import JE as a workaround.
You can check for supported apps through this link:QuickBooks Apps Storeor from theAppsmenu.
Here's how:
- InQBO, go to theAppsmenu at the left pane to get to theFinds Appspage.
- Enter a keyword in theSearchaddress (i.e. import).
- Select the app you want to use.
- ClickGet app now.
You would see several third-party apps available that can help you import data into QBO. These apps provide additional functionalities, such as data validation and advanced mapping options, to enhance your importing experience.
I would also note that having this option could be helpful for your business. Our Product Engineers are always looking for ideas to improve QBO, and we encourage collaboration with our customers to identify areas for improvement.
Furthermore, if you want to see the list of what you can import to QBO, refer to this article:Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
