It depends on the device Coz each company has different requirements But the most common one in clear CMOS by removing the battery Or you need a special equipment to erase the bios

If you're resetting the BIOS settings with the aim of clearing a fault, it can also be worth removing and reseating the RAM modules during the CMOS reset process. Computers that have been left powered off for extended periods and fail to POST are an example of where this added step can clear a fault.
