How can I tell which SAPgui version I am using?
Windows
- From the SAPgui Logon pad, click on the two small shapes in the upper left corner, next to the words "SAP Logon Pad".
- From the drop-down, select About SAP Logon Pad.
This will display both version number and patch number. When reporting an issue to the Computing Help Desk, please let us know both the version number and the patch level.
Macintosh
- Launch SAPgui.
- From the SAPGUI menu (next to the apple in the upper-left corner of your screen), choose About SAPgui
- This will display the About SAPgui for Java window
- Note both version number and revision number. ex: SAPGUI for Java 7.20 rev 4
