In order to hide the completed tasks, you can apply anAutofilter. In order to do that, follow the steps below:
Go to theProjectmenu and click onAutofilteroption.
Click on the autofilter arrow next to the % complete column heading and uncheck100%value.
All the completed tasks will be hidden and only the tasks that are in progress will be displayed.
Another way is to apply theIncomplete Tasksfilter which will show only the tasks that are in progress and will hide the ones that are completed. In order to apply theIncomplete Tasksfilter, go to theProjectmenu –Filter–Incomplete tasks.
Another way is to apply the Incomplete Tasks filter which will show only the tasks that are in progress and will hide the ones that are completed. In order to apply the Incomplete Tasks filter, go to the Project menu – Filter – Incomplete tasks.
In the Filter Tasks sidepane on the right side of the screen, expand the Progress section near the bottom.In the expanded Progress section, select only the No Start and In Progress items. Voila! You have hidden all completed tasks.
Press and hold (or right-click) any empty space on the taskbar, select Taskbar settings, select Taskbar behaviors, and select Automatically hide the taskbar. To see the taskbar after it's hidden, hover your mouse over, or touch, the bottom edge of your screen.
You can do this by clicking the. icon next to the column heading and selecting Hide . You can drag any completed tasks into this hidden archive by clicking and dragging your cards into that tag under Hidden Columns .
In this case, select Incomplete Tasks (Figure B). Figure B: Set to filter to only show incomplete tasks. You will now see in the Project view that completed Tasks are hidden, and only incomplete tasks are shown. To set this as the default, click on the meatballs menu to the right of the filter menu (Figure C).
Remove all in-progress tasks and convert data to a table in Excel.
Setup flow to read from Excel table and delete tasks using Task ID. Important: change pagination on the List Rows action to 5000 or it will only process 256 rows.
