To revert the Outlook profile picture to the default initials, one must remove the existing photo. The procedure is as follows:
For Office 365 Users:
- Access the Office 365 Admin Center.
- Proceed to Users > Active Users.
- Choose the user and select the Profile tab.
- In the Picture section, opt for Remove Picture.
