I used grape nuts cereal rather than walnuts. Nice for breakfast or even a summertime dessert! I know we will have this often. Made for ZWT6

Delicious!! This made a very yummy and healthy breakfast. I used "fa*ge" 2% fat Greek yogurt and a combination of fresh raspberries, boysenberries, and blueberries. I drizzled some extra honey over the yogurt layer, as well as over the top layer of fruit. We really loved the added crunch of the walnuts. Thank you for helping start my day out right!! *Made for ZWT6 Xtra Hot Dishes*

Just perfect! I made them in tall stemmed glasses and used a mix of strawberries, blueberries & blackberries. I also used fa*ge 0% fat Greek Yogurt and some local, raw honey, creating 2 layers of each....I served this to a party of women...it was enjoyed by all!

This was very good. I liked the addition of the honey which added sweetness to the yogurt. I didn't use walnuts as I do not favour them, but used a few cashew pieces instead. My fruit salad consisted of raspberries, mandrain oranges, strawberries and watermelon. This makes a great light, but filling, dessert.

A very tasty a light dessert. I'm now eating this excellent fruit salad as I'm posting my review. Super! I used orange, apple, peach and banana. The yogurt was low fat and used the half amount of honey. I also used almonds instead of walnuts. I seved in a ice cream glass like a martini's. I wish a had a digital camera!!! Such a pretty image. An excellent dessert!

After a dinner party Sat nite of all RZ recipes for our friends & eating more than our fair share of it, we wanted something lightly refreshing on Sun, but still flavourful. This salad worked well & came together quickly using fresh fruits I had on hand (kiwi, grapes, banana, strawberries, raisins & oranges). Our honey is rock-solid at room temp & has to be heated to "drizzle", so I used strawberry preserves instead. It was a challenge finding real Greek yoghurt, but I did. Even if always a major challenge, I can look forward to having this lovely dish for breakfast in Athens later in the year. :-)

I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
