Related to Ghost Bookings
Bookings has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.16.
Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.
System Revenues means all rates, rents, fees, charges,
Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).
Advertising Revenues means revenues derived from sales of advertising that are made available to Grantee’s Cable System subscribers within the City and shall be allocated on a pro rata basis using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising. Additionally, Grantee agrees that Gross Revenues subject to franchise fees shall include all commissions, rep fees, Affiliated Entity fees, or rebates paid to National Cable Communications (“NCC”) and Comcast Spotlight (“Spotlight”) or their successors associated with sales of advertising on the Cable System within the City allocated according to this paragraph using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising.
Host means any plant or animal on or in which another lives for nourishment, development, or protection.
CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.
Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.
Tickets has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01.
Fare means the regular fare charged for:
Room means a room or other space provided for sleeping that can be rented independently, including the furnishings and other accessories in the room. Room includes, but is not limited to, a condominium or time-sharing unit that, pursuant to a management agreement, may be used to provide dwelling, lodging, or sleeping quarters for a transient guest.
Airline means any air transport enterprise offering or operating international air services;
Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
