Tube / Underground
Monument tube station(District and Circle Line) is a stone's throw away from The Monument.
Note the tube station has the same name as The Monument. You'll be right in thinking that it was named after the Great Fire of London memorial. The station opened in 1884 and is part of one of the busiest stations on the underground network.
Bank tube station(Central, Northern, Waterloo and City and DLR) is a five-minute walk from The Monument.
London Bridge tube station(Northern and Jubilee lines) is a 7-10 minute walk across London Bridge to The Monument. This walk includes views of London' top attractions, famous architecture and historic landmarks along the River Thames.
By Train
London Bridge, Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street or Tower Gateway DLR stations are all within walking distance of The Monument.
