T class is available (as far as I know) only if you buy directly from FS rather than through a fund platform.
I class is slightly cheaper (0.95% charge rather than 1.05%) and available from platforms but you have to pay the platform charges as well.
The R class (1.55% charge) exists if you want to buy through an intermediary (presumably a broker) who gets trail commission from advising you. I do not know of anyone investing in this class - I think it is effectively a historic class.

The advantage of buying through a platform is that you can easily switch funds within the platform, which is not as seamless if you buy directly.
The T class has a minimum purchase of £1000, while the I class has whatever the the relevant platform minimum is.
