  • All you need is your mobile phone and MyInfo authentication to pre-fill your application form effortlessly. For foreigners residing in Singapore, in addition to using MyInfo authentication, you will also need to upload a copy of your passport. You can still sign up for a Trust account without using MyInfo. However, your access to some features of the app will be limited. For a better and seamless experience, we strongly encourage you to sign up for a Trust account using MyInfo. We are working hard on enabling more features soon!Do take note that in case you delete or decide to reinstall your Trust Bank app after successfully signing up, you still need to authenticate yourself using Singpass when you relogin.

  • You may apply for the Savings Account by Trust if you are: 1. Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or foreigner; and 2. 18 years old and above

  • It only takes a few minutes. However, if we need to contact you for clarifications, it may take up to 5 working days.

  • You can view your account number in a few easy steps:1.Log in to your Trust App2.Go to “Money” and select “Deposit”. You will be able view your account number below your available balance.3.To copy your account number, select ‘’…’’ followed by ‘’Account details”

  • Option 1 - using bank transfer (via FAST)

    Step 1Log in to your other bank account

    Step 2Add your Trust savings account as a local recipient, enter your recipient name and Trust savings account number.

    Step 3Make a transfer and that’s it!

    Option 2 - add money using PayNow

    Step 1De-register your mobile number or NRIC/FIN if you have registered PayNow with another bank account

    Step 2Tap on Payments tab > Have you registered for PayNow?

    Step 3Complete the PayNow registration and make a PayNow transfer to your registered mobile number or NRIC/ FIN and that's it!

  • You can get a high interest rate of up to 3% p.a. on the first S$500,000 deposit balance in your savings account. This is made up of base interest of 1.5% p.a (no conditions); spend bonus interest of 1% p.a. (if you are a union member) or 0.5% p.a. (for non-union member) with 5 eligible card transactions; and Balance bonus interest of 0.5% p.a. with S$100K Average Daily Balance (ADB) for the month.

    Balances above S$500,000 will earn 0.05% p.a. interest.

    Your interest will be credited on the last day of the month.

    For example, if you maintain a deposit balance of S$ 525,000 daily and have completed 5 eligible card transactions on 5 December, your interest earned for the month of December is:

    Union Member:

    First S$500K:

    Base: S$500,000 x 1.5% x 31/365 = S$636.98

    Spend Bonus: S$500,000 x 1% x 31/365 = S$424.65 (you get bonus interest for the full month!)

    Balance Bonus: S$500,000 x 0.5% x 31/365 = S$212.32 (you get bonus interest for the full month!)

    Next S$25K:

    Base: S$25,000 x 0.05% x 31/365 = S$1.06

    Total interest = S$1275.01

    Non-union Member:

    First S$500K:

    Base: S$500,000 x 1.5% x 31/365 = S$636.98

    Spend Bonus: S$500,000 x 0.5% x 31/365 = S$212.32 (you get bonus interest for the full month!)

    Balance Bonus: S$500,000 x 0.5% x 31/365 = S$212.32 (you get bonus interest for the full month!)

    Base interest and bonus interest will be computed on a daily basis and based on a 365-day year.

  • At the moment, there is no promo interest rate for Savings Account by Trust.

  • You can easily withdraw cash from Trust / Standard Chartered Bank (SCB)’s ATM located across the island as well as overseas ATM with Visa enabled. You can find a Trust-branded ATM at FairPrice Xtra Vivocity, #B2-23 and SCB ATMs at Bedok Mall, Bugis Junction, Vivocity, Sixth Avenue, Clementi Mall, NEX Serangoon, Serangoon Garden, Marine Parade, Changi Business Park, Tampines, Marina Bay Financial Centre and Battery Road.   • You can use your card PIN for ATM cash withdrawal. If you've not set up or wish to reset the PIN, you can do so via Trust App.

    As for charges, there are absolutely no fees or charges or mark-ups imposed by Trust.  However, the overseas bank that operates that ATM may charge a fee.
