How do I contact investor's edge? ›

At Investor's Edge, you can set up your account with a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), which means your dividend payment will automatically be reinvested by buying more shares of the dividend-paying company.

If you forgot your user ID, you can sign on using your Investor's Edge account number, which you'll find in CIBC Online Banking. Or, if you've already connected your CIBC Online Banking, you can sign on to your Investor's Edge account from there.

CIBC Investor's Edge trading platform is not only competitive with the other big bank brokerages in Canada, they are significantly cheaper when it comes to daily trading fees. If you meet the active trader threshold of 150 trades per quarter, you'll pay only $4.95 per trade.

Connecting with investors

To contact an investor for a meeting, send an email request, as it is quick and easy to forward around an investor firm or angel network. Your email should include an articulate elevator pitch telling the investor who you are and what you do.
