To have any hope of claiming victory in Fortnite, you'll need the best items possible. Many POIs that offer great loot are often flooded with players that loot the place dry in seconds. With the proper knowledge of where these weapons spawn, you'll have a better chance of snatching these items before anyone has the chance.

Sanguine Suites, Relentless Retreat, and Eclipsed Estate are POIs introduced in Season Four Chapter Four that all contain Mythic weapons. If fighting off hostile NPCs and infiltrating these strongholds is too difficult, exotic items are much easier to obtain. Plus, they are fun and effective tools for battle.
All Mythic Item Locations
Mythic Items in Season Four Chapter Four are often found inside vaults at Sanguine Suites, Relentless Retreat, and Eclipsed Estate. You must defeat the nearby boss NPC and use their keycard to open these vaults. You can only steal one Mythic item inside the glass cases before initiating a Lockdown.

Mythic Items also have a chance of dropping after capturing POIs. There are nine capture points spread throughout the map that all provide great loot upon successful capture.

All Exotic Item Locations
Exotic weapons can be obtained from Holo Chests. Some Exotic items can be purchased from NPCs or dropped by Loot Llamas. These items can also spawn randomly as floor loot or drop from chests, but this is an extremely rare occurrence.
