If you know the new location of the linked external file, click Change Source, go to the new location of the external file, and then click Open. In the Links list, click the correct path to the linked worksheet, and then click Update now.

A layer needs repairing if the data source it references has been moved, renamed, or deleted or is inaccessible for some other reason.

Updating or removing. Updating is the simplest fix; if there's a typo in the URL, you just need to swap it out for the correct URL and the link will work as expected. Of course, this method only works if a misspelled URL was the cause of the broken link! Removing the link is also an option.
