What is the room code for smart pass? ›

You can find your room code in by clicking the 3 dots next to the room name on the teacher homepage, and the PIN by clicking your settings icon. Whose room code and PIN is needed to end a pass? The room code and PIN needed would be the teacher whose room is the end destination on the pass.

Adding, Removing, and Using

To add a favorite room, select the gear icon on the top right of your teacher view, and click "Favorites". From here, simply search for the room you would like to set as a favorite and click on the star to the left of the room name.

It's super easy! Just search for the room you want and click on the star. After you do that, you'll notice it magically appears in your favorites section.

At the bottom of the pass, you will see the "End Pass" button. Clicking here will end your pass. Only do this upon arriving at your final location. Below (if your school has this setting toggled on) you will see pass counts for the date, week, and month.

Unlike a physical hall pass, a student does not need to carry their mobile device or laptop with them in the hallways. Teachers and Administrators can see a live view of which Students are in the hallways and can search from the list, so every Student is accounted for digitally.

When enabled for the room, when a student tries to end their pass, they'll be prompted to enter the room's code. This verification code changes every 30 seconds automatically, so students can't memorize the code and walk away. Teachers can access this code on the My Room tab.
