Can I transfer my GoogleVoice number to GoogleFi Wireless?
You can have separate GoogleFi Wireless and GoogleVoice numbers on the same Google account and set up call forwarding between them. To set up call forwarding, visit your GoogleVoice settings page. For additional information on using your GoogleVoice number, please visit the GoogleVoice Help Center.
Can I refer a friend to GoogleFi Wireless?
Yes, you can refer a friend.
The GoogleFi Wireless referral program rewards any GoogleFi Wireless members for sharing GoogleFi Wireless with their friends, up to 10 referrals. Both new and existing members will earn $20 in service credits applied to their next bill once the new member has been active for 30 days. To be eligible for credit, a new member must create a new GoogleFi plan. The credit does not apply to new members who join as a member of an existing Fi plan.
You can easily locate and share your GoogleFi Wireless referral link in the "Share the Fi Love" section of your account. You can share your custom link anywhere you like, including email, social media, or text.

How do I join GoogleFi Wireless?
To join GoogleFi Wireless, go to fi.google.com/signup.
Can I bring my number to GoogleFi Wireless?
Yes, you can bring your current personal number with you to GoogleFi or take it with you if you leave. Because some carriers do not allow you to take your number, we'll check if you can transfer it when you sign up.
Your phone number transfer will start once you activate service on your phone. Most transfers take less than 15 minutes. Very few transfers take more than one day.
If you're on a family plan, transferring your number may impact the other people still on the plan. We recommend calling your carrier to check.
You can also activate GoogleFi Wireless service with a new number first, and then bring your number later. You can get a new number when you activate GoogleFi Wireless, and see your number in the Account tab of the Fi app or website. When you're ready to bring your current number over, go to the "Manage device" section of your GoogleFi Wireless app. You'll see a link that says "Transfer a number to Fi." Tap on that link to start bringing your number to Fi (it will replace the new number you got at activation).
How do I switch to GoogleFi Wireless and what do I do with my current wireless service?
To join GoogleFi Wireless, go to fi.google.com/signup. If you want to end your service with your current wireless provider after you switch to GoogleFi, you will need to contact your current wireless provider after you activate your GoogleFi Wireless account.
How do I know if my phone will work on GoogleFi Wireless?
Most iPhone® and Android phones will work with GoogleFi Wireless. You can buy a new phone from Fi or a SIM kit for your existing compatible device.

Can I sign up for GoogleFi Wireless today and add members to my plan later?
Absolutely! You can have up to 6 people on a plan. Just follow these 3 easy steps to add a member:
- Go to fi.google.com or your GoogleFi app.
- Select Account and then Manage Plan and then Add a Person.
- You'll get an email when individuals join your group.
How old do you have to be to join GoogleFi Wireless?
To be a group plan owner, you must be at least 18 years old. People under 18 can join as a group plan member. People under 13 must join with a GoogleAccount managed by Family Link. Learn more at Family Link or see how to add a child to your account.

Will Pixel Pass be available for new subscribers?
No. We will not be offering Pixel Pass subscription to new subscribers at this time.
What alternatives will be available?

Will Pixel Pass be available for existing subscribers?
As an existing subscriber, you can continue with the duration of your existing Pixel Pass subscription, which is 2 years from when your Pixel Pass device shipped. You will not be able to upgrade to a new phone with Pixel Pass at the end of the 2 year term.
What happens to my current Pixel Pass subscription? Can I continue using the product after it's discontinued?
There is no impact to your existing Pixel Pass subscription. Regardless of when you started your subscription, you may continue with Pixel Pass for the full 2 years of benefits and included services.
What happens at the end of my Pixel Pass subscription?
At the end of your 2 year term, you own your Pixel phone and it is fully paid off. Your Preferred Care service contract (GoogleStore) or your device protection coverage (GoogleFi Wireless) will end. So that you keep uninterrupted service, the included Google subscriptions (GoogleOne, YouTubePremium and GooglePlayPass) will continue renewing each month until canceled. You will be billed monthly for GoogleOne, YouTubePremium and GooglePlayPass at the current discounted rate, which is visible in the email sent to you on 8/29/2023 (Subject: Important update on Pixel Pass). The $5 service discount to your GoogleFi Wireless plan will also end.
How will I be notified of the end of my Pixel Pass subscription?
You will be notified by email as you approach the end of your two years on Pixel Pass. These notifications will include information about your options to purchase a new device and cancel or continue with the included Google services at the end of your term.
Can I cancel / be refunded for a recent Pixel Pass purchase?
There are no changes to the Pixel Pass refund or cancelation policies. You can cancel your Pixel Pass subscription for a refund within 15 calendar days after the day you receive your Pixel phone. If you wish to cancel your Pixel Pass, learn about the Pixel Pass cancellation policy.
Current Pixel Pass subscribers can continue for the full 2 year term on the Pixel Pass subscription. All active subscribers have also received a $100 loyalty reward credit as a token of appreciation. Subscribers who subscribed through GoogleStore will receive $100 GoogleStore credit to your account. The credit can be used towards any GoogleStore purchase. Subscribers who subscribed through GoogleFi Wireless will receive a unique coupon code worth $100 by email. This coupon code can be used towards a future purchase of a Pixel device on GoogleFi Wireless.
What if I want to use the $100 loyalty reward credit and buy the new Pixel but my Pixel Pass subscription has not ended?
Existing Pixel Pass subscribers will get $100 towards their next Pixel purchase, good for the next two years. This credit can also be used alongside any available promotions. If you do decide to get a new phone, it is considered a separate purchase from your existing Pixel Pass subscription. You will still be responsible for your monthly Pixel Pass subscription for the remainder of your 2 year term.
Can I renew my subscriptions to GoogleOne, Play Pass, and YouTubePremium individually at the end of my two years on Pixel Pass?
At the end of your 2 year term, GoogleOne, YouTubePremium and GooglePlayPass will renew together at a discount, unless you choose to cancel them. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to these services. If you prefer to subscribe to a subset of these services, you'll need to cancel the bundled subscription and subscribe to individual subscriptions directly. What happens if I cancel my Pixel Pass subscription before the end of the 2 year term?
The current cancellation policy still applies. You can cancel Pixel Pass at any time. If your plans change within the first 15 days after your Pixel phone ships, you can cancel your subscription and send the phone back at no charge.
If you cancel after that, your subscription will end after the current billing cycle, and you'll just pay off the remainder of your phone cost at regular price.
For example, if you subscribe to Pixel Pass with Pixel 6, then cancel your subscription halfway through the 24-month term, you'll only need to pay off the remaining half of your Pixel 6 cost at regular price (plus applicable taxes).
When you cancel your Pixel Pass subscription, you'll lose access to GoogleOne, YouTubePremium and GooglePlayPass and your Preferred Care service/GoogleFi Wireless device protection contract will end. Your $5 Fi service discount will also go away. Learn about the Pixel Pass cancellation policy.
How do I cancel my GoogleOne, YouTubePremium and GooglePlayPass after the 2 year term of Pixel Pass?

What happens to GoogleOne, YouTubePremium and GooglePlayPass when I cancel the bundled subscription after 2 years of my Pixel Pass subscription?
When you cancel the bundled service after 2 years, you lose access to the benefits and features included in the services.
For GoogleOne, you lose access to the benefits and features included in your GoogleOne membership. You also lose the additional cloud storage space. If you cancel while using more than 15GB of storage, some services may be restricted. Learn more.
For YouTubePremium, you will lose access to your YouTubePremium subscription.
For Play Pass, you will lose access to your Play Pass subscription. Any apps you installed from Play Pass and their data will remain on your device.
For content you obtained via Play Pass:

Paid apps will prompt you to buy the app or subscribe to Play Pass.

In-app purchases will be removed, but available for individual purchase.

Ads will reappear in apps where they were removed.

If you join Play Pass again, all this content will be unlocked again.
Will support and updates continue during the transition?
There is no change for existing Pixel Pass subscribers. You will continue to receive support until you cancel the Pixel Pass subscription.
