You can create custom email templates from your Inbox to make sending messages quick and easy.
Templates can contain customized text, attachments, and tags that auto-populate selected information such as guest and owner names, relevant dates, and property ID. You can create multiple individually-named templates and save them organized by category.
Edit an email template
Log in to your account.
If you have more than one listing, select the one you want to edit.
SelectInboxfromthe navigation menu.
SelectTemplates.
Select the template and edit as needed.
SelectSave template.
Restore a template
SelectActions.
SelectRevert to defaultto restore a template back to its original version.

Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder under My Documents.Choose your template, and select Open.Make the changes you want, then save and close the template.
