Some or all Eno features may not be available to all Capital One customers, depending on the types of accounts held. For example, certain bank accounts are not eligible to text with Eno, and email notifications, app notifications and virtual card numbers from Eno may not be available for debit cards and some credit cards.
Some customers will not be eligible to access a virtual card. If you are eligible, you must verify your identity before accessing your virtual card. In some cases, you will not be able to access your virtual card until approximately 30 days after account opening, and you may not have access to your full credit line until your physical card is activated. Web access is needed to manage your virtual card number online or in the Mobile app. Virtual cards may not be accepted by all stores. Virtual cards are not available for debit cards and some credit cards.
Eligible customers can also use virtual cards through Google Pay or via the Eno browser extension. Virtual cards through Google Pay are currently available in Chrome for desktop computers (Mac, Windows and Linux), Chrome for Android, and via merchant apps running in the Android OS. Additional availability may be added in the future, including Chrome for iOS. The Eno extension is available only for certain web browsers and enrollment is required.
Not all recurring charges and subscriptions may be identified. The ability to block a charge through this feature may not be available with all merchants. Customers should refer to their account statements to see all of their recurring charges and subscriptions.
If you block future charges, all charges from the selected merchant will be declined, not just the selected recurring charge. Blocking charges does not change the selected merchant's account settings. To cancel or manage your account, contact the merchant directly. The merchant may hold you responsible for any charges related to the terms of your agreement. Some activity may continue, including certain charges from merchants that our systems are unable to block, payments, interest, account fees and purchase transactions. In some instances a merchant may override a blocked charge. Capital One customers are responsible for regularly checking their account statements and for any charges related to merchant agreements customers do not cancel with the merchant.
