4. Newly married couple:The marriage certificate, notarized affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper, No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parents with photo ID evidence, wedding card, and marriage photograph of the pair must be given in the event that the name of the spouse is not endorsable on the passport.
