Is Monkey Madness required for dragon scimitar? ›

The dragon scimitar is the strongest scimitar available in Old School RuneScape. It can only be wielded by players who have 60 Attack and have completed the Monkey Madness I quest.

Coupled with its 5-tick attack speed, the axe does slightly less average damage than the dragon scimitar against enemies with low to semi-low defence. However, against enemies weak to crush or enemies with higher defence, such as a black demon, the axe can potentially deal even more average damage than an abyssal whip.

The Sarachnis Cudgel is a one-handed ⁣weapon with⁤ impressive ​attack speed making it perfect for short-ranged battle. ‍It's a high-strength weapon making it very damaging as it can ⁤one-hit many potential targets. The ‍ D SCIM is a two-handed weapon with slower attack speed compared to the Sarachnis Cudgel.

Draconic Slash is the special attack of the dragon scimitar. It costs 25% adrenaline and strikes the opponent for 210-250% ability damage with 25% increased hit chance. Successful hits will increase the player's hit chance by 25% when using slash weapons for one minute.

Note: You can skip the puzzle if you have 200k gp by paying Glough, who is located in his tree house southeast of the Grand Tree in the Tree Gnome Stronghold.

Protection prayers reduce all damage to zero; as such, if the player stands out of melee range, the fight can be completed by simply leaving on Protect from Magic and attacking the demon with Magic or Ranged.

The whip is a big upgrade over the dragon scimitar, which has the same attack speed but significantly lower accuracy and strength bonuses. However, it is easily outperformed by higher tier weapons such as Osmumten's fang, Inquisitor's mace, Blade of Saeldor and the Ghrazi rapier.

The dragon axe is the second strongest and fastest axe in the game after its direct upgrade, the crystal axe, and is tied with the 3rd age axe. It is 10% more efficient at chopping logs than the rune axe. Like all axes, it is both a weapon (requiring 60 Attack to wield) and a tool (requiring 61 Woodcutting to use).

Longswords are barely slower then scimitars. And have a bit more of a strength boost. The Dragon longsword also can use a special attack up to 4 times. Your Attack is also pretty low, judging that it takes so long to kill an opponent.

The mace can be purchased for 50,000 coins at the Happy Heroes' H'emporium in the Heroes' Guild, or from other players. It can also be obtained as a reward from elite clues and master clues or a possible reward from Soul Wars spoils of war.

What is the use of Sarachnis cudgel? ›

The cudgel has slightly better crush and strength bonuses than Viggora's chainmace and slightly lower bonuses than the Leaf-bladed battleaxe, although with a faster attack speed than the latter. This makes it a good one-handed crush weapon which does not degrade or require a charge.

How To Find Sarachnis In OSRS? Finding Sarachnis is as simple as finding the Forthos Dungeon. You can easily reach the dungeon through various teleportation methods: Xeric's talisman: Use the teleport function to Xeric's Glade, bringing you just east of the eastern dungeon entrance.

Where to Get the Scimitar. The Scimitar can be purchased from the Twin Maiden Husks for 600 Runes in Roundtable Hold. Alternatively, they also have a chance to drop from various Skeletons who wield the weapon - the most common ones being found in dungeons like the Deathtouched Catacombs in West Limgrave.

In short, scimitars have better DPS against most monsters than longswords and are better suited for PvM and training melee stats.

The Double Scimitars features 1 perk slot for Perks. They do not have any Shadow Ability. They can be obtained as a random reward after winning any fight in Chapter II, by opening a Chest, or by purchasing the Dynasty Booster Pack. Players must reach level 4 before they can equip and use it.

It can only be wielded by players who have an Attack level of 60 and have completed the Monkey Madness I quest. It may be purchased from Daga on Ape Atoll for 100,000 coins. A Monkeyspeak amulet does not need to be worn, as players can just right-click 'Trade' on Daga; however, you still must be in monkey form.

A rune scimitar is a tier 50 melee main-hand weapon. It requires level 50 Attack to wield. It can be made at a forge and anvil using 2 rune bars, requiring 1,200 progress to complete, granting a total of 480 Smithing experience. It can be upgraded to a rune scimitar + 1 with another 2 bars.
