Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
Eligibility. The gross monthly income limit for an individual is no more than $1,533 per month. For an elderly or disabled individual, the gross monthly income amount is typically no more than $1,916 per month. Monthly income eligibility limits increase with the size of the family.
A common eligibility requirement is a household income level below 125% (and sometimes 200%) of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Pre-tax household income level and how many people live in your house determine your percentage.
This is called serving the complaint. Respondents have 30 days from the date the complaint is served to provide the PHRC with a written, verified answer, and send a copy to the complainant. If you are unable, to file an answer within this time, the PHRC may grant you an extension of no more than 30 additional days.
As of 2015, people living in Pennsylvania who are 18 or older can sign a POA authorizing a person to act for them. The law also requires two witnesses and a notary public to sign the POA. A health care POA may not require two witnesses and a notary public to sign it, but it may be recommended.

In general, we are able to help persons with a total household income at or below 125% of the Federal poverty level. In some eligibility circ*mstances, we are able to help persons with a total household income up to 187.5% of the Federal poverty level if they have other qualifying circ*mstances.

Legal aid services are available to U.S. citizens in Illinois with incomes at or below 125% of the current Federal Poverty Levels. In some cases, people with incomes at 150% or more of the federal poverty level may qualify for legal aid.
