Unlocking Devon[]
Devon can be unlocked via, "Common to Legendary" "Epic to Legendary" and "Epic to Mythical" summons.
Mechanics[]
Power: Stares into the enemy's soul and deals no damage. Devon is one of the few monsters without a primary attack.
Special Power: Death Ball: Reduce an enemy's HP by XX%. This amount increases with each level.
Unlike most monsters, Devon's star bonus increases his Attack Speed, maxing out at 40% with 3 gold stars.
Devon and Deathbite are the only real unbuffed secondary DPS monsters. Other unbuffed monsters do not have enough damage to compare to be your main DPS (with the exception of Swoleseidon and Amaterasu)

With introduction of Anubis, and the removal of perma-stalling, Devon has become one of the most powerful monsters in the game. Anubis' special power causes an enemy to take 5x damage for a short while.
