Deoxys is the God of Knowledge and one of the members of The Pantheon of The League. Deoxys was created by Arceus at the Beginning of the Universe in order to watch over the knowledge of creation.
Deoxys' role is to either limit or speed up the flow of knowledge through life. Knowledge can either create or destroy a civilization, and so Deoxys tends to interact with the Universe much more so than his counterparts, regularly appearing to followers to grant nuggets of wisdom. When he appears, he takes on a robot-like form to represent advanced technology and the advancement of knowledge. Depending on the person he is appearing to, he will take one of four forms.
