WHY IS HAPPY DAD NOT AVAILABLE IN MY STATE/COUNTRY?
Currently, we are only available in the United States. We are available in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, Washington D.C. & Canada.
At this time, we are not expanding internationally with the exception of Canada.

Happy Dad ingredients include carbonated water, alcohol, natural flavor, cane sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate and tripotassium citrate.
DOES HAPPY DAD CONTAIN HOPS?
No. Happy Dad does not contain hops.
IS HAPPY DAD KOSHER?
All of our products are now kosher. Please double-check the packaging, as our kosher products have the “U” kosher symbol on the cans and boxes.
IS HAPPY DAD GLUTEN FREE?
Yes. Happy Dad is made with gluten free ingredients.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as your order has not shipped. To cancel your order, please email[email protected]with your order number and email address used to place your order. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE FOR AN ORDER?
If you use a credit card to place an order and it is declined for any reason (including, but not limited to invalid CVV, expiration date, billing address, etc.), you may see a pending charge on your account. If this happens, the pending charge will clear from your bank statement within 1-5 days. Unfortunately if this happens, we are not able to do anything on our end. If you are concerned about the pending charges, the best option is to contact your bank. If these charges do not disappear from your account after 10 business days, please reach out to our support team to investigate at [email protected].
WHY IS MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NOT WORKING?
If your credit or debit card is not working, please verify that the following information is correct: Credit or debit card number, Expiration date, CVV/card security code, Cardholder name, Billing address, Sufficient funds or credit available. If you are still having issues, the best option is to reach out to your financial institution/bank directly.
DO THE PRICES SHOWN ON PRODUCT PAGES INCLUDE TAX?
Prices shown on product pages do not include tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and relevant tax rules.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can change an order as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your order, please email [email protected] with your order number and email address used to place your order. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change your order.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and email address used to place your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item received is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once we have received your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
MY ORDER/ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include a photo of the damaged order/item, the email address used to place the order and the order number. If 48 hours have passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order was returned to sender for any reason, you will receive an email from our customer service team to fix the issue. If you do not respond within 5 business days, your order will be canceled and refunded minus any relevant shipping fees. Once an item has been marked as returned to sender by the post office, the only option is to wait for it to arrive back to our fulfillment center.
MY ORDER WAS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
If your order was marked “attempted delivery” via your tracking number, please reach out to the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) to schedule a re-delivery.
WHEN WILL THERE BE MORE PRODUCTS? WHEN IS THE NEXT DROP?
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS LEGITIMATE OR REAL?
The only way to know if a Happy Dad merchandise product is legitimate or real is to purchase it from happydad.com, our Amazon store, or from @happydads’s Instagram, TikTok or Facebook shop. Please be aware that there are many counterfeit and fake Happy Dad items being sold on third party websites and marketplaces. There is no way to guarantee the authenticity of items sold on any other site than the sites listed above.
With simple, refreshing flavors, Happy Dad Seltzer & Tea is easy-to-drink and comes in regular cans—no skinny can bullsh*t around here. All products are gluten-free, 5% ABV, 100 calories, with just 1g of sugar, and no artificial flavors or strange aftertaste.
