If a user no longer needs an account, you can delete or remove it, depending on the type of Google service your organization has. As an administrator, you can transfer the user's data to another user, like an admin or manager.
You're seeing only basic steps
Other important details may apply for your account but you must sign in to see them:
Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).
In the Admin console, go to MenuDirectoryUsers.
In the Users list, point tothe user you want to remove and click Remove user orMoreDelete user.
Note: Depending on your admin privileges and Google service, you might need tocheck the boxes to confirm that you understand the impact of deleting the account.
(Optional, for super admins only) Select options to transfer ownership of user content, and then enter the name or email address of the user you want to transfer it to.
In the Admin Panel, click on Users. Select a specific user or multiple users in the users page. Click on the Delete button. A confirmation popup will appear where you'll have to enter your account password to authorize the action and click Delete.
In the admin center, go to the Users > Active users page. Select the name of the employee that you want to delete. Under the user's name, select Delete user. Choose the options you want for this user, and then select Delete user.
The usual method of involuntary removal is a vote by the other members followed by a buyout based on the departing member's interest or share in the company. Member buyouts may be addressed in a buy-sell agreement or another internal governing document.
Sign in to Business Manager.Click People in the menu on the left side of the page.Click the More icon to the right of the person's name and select Remove.
Click the organization name in the top right corner of the page and select Manage.Click the More icon next to the organization that you want to delete and select Delete from the dropdown. Check the I want to permanently delete this Zoho Books organization and its contents option in the pop up that appears.
Under Groups in the left folder pane, select your group.On the ribbon, select Edit Group.In the Edit Group box, point to the name of the member you want to remove, and click the X.
