How can I report a lost or stolen debit card?
To report a lost or stolen card, log in to Online or Mobile Banking*.
- Go to Manage Debit Cards
- Report lost or stolen
Submitting your card lost, stolen, or damaged will result in the following:
- Permanent card deactivation.
- Change is immediate and not reversible.
- The replacement card will have a new card number.
- Contact companies with which you have established automatic payments and provide those companies with your new debit card number to avoid any disruption in those payments.
- The replacement card will arrive within the next 10-14 business days.
If you only wish to temporarily turn your card off, complete the following:
- Select Cancel button
- Select Off Card toggle on Manage Cards on Card details page
