Feels like a #FriYay already, isn't it ? Just when there comes a thought of Giving up , that's the time you keep going and believing . Starting from #delay 😯 in finale, #rains 🌧️on scheduled day , the #reserve day rain post first over , #reducedovers #knockouts , wickets going down but you put trust until the last ball and each and every member of team does not give up until last, staying calm in panicking situation irrespective of the #cheermeter sound(distractions, external factors) going up than 110db , irrespective of #GT stands getting up at the 4th ball of last over, anticipating the win to be on their side with Mohit Sharma's spell , irrespective of how easy it was to give up vs chosing to not give up, doing the right thing until the last ball. CSK with Dhoni, you're not just a #dreamteam but a team where each individual is determined to win for their team ,.their captain as a whole. And even the captain doesn't gives up or goes on with easy option of saying thank you and leaving just like that , he's willing to put in more ... As they say - #winners 🏆 don't do different things , they do things #differently . This is not even a movie . This is a reality. The individuals in this team #outperformed themselves , competed from self to become the best version of themselves to get upto here. The individuals in this team got dropped/ not selected by other teams and came together to build what is #CSK today . This is an example of what it looks like when #perseverance, #trust , #right attitude #character are in sync even when situations are tough and back each other , an example of when going gets tough , the tough gets going. #whistlepodu #cskvsgt 🏆 #giveupthethoughtofgivingup #IPL2023FinaleThe Rising | Innovative Recruiting In-house Ankit Medatwal Yukta Shrivastava

Is Ollie Watkins a Striker? Of course!!! Is he a No.1 Striker on a Team that can win the title? Maybe.Watkins is unique in that he’s not just a cold-blooded scorer. Because he wasn’t always an Out and Out Striker he gives a good manager tactical leverage because he can Play in the 10, Off the Left, and Centrally both High and Deep. Along with the Goals his versatility allows a Manager to do many different things around him that are additive and valuable. What’s the Point? While at the Top End you want to have a List of Top Strikers irrespective of archetype, but in that Mid-Tier you really want to develop different Archetypes so to categorize them correctly.

A lesson in managementIn the last over, CSK needed 13 runs, and Shivam Dubey and Jadeja were at the box. Mohit Sharma came out to bowl. He had one of the best last overs ever. The first four balls he threw gave up only three runs because he threw them at a good length, so the batters couldn't lift their bats to dig. The last two balls for CSK needed a four and a six.Hardik Pandya then came on the scene. He slowed things down and told the bowler something. Then Mohit threw a half-volley, which Jadeja hit for six. Then Hardik came back, gave more advice, stopped the game, gave the player a drink, and told him to bowl. This team won the #IPL2023 when Mohit bowled over the legs and Jadeja flicked the ball over the third man for four runs.Mohit, who must have been the match's star, got a 0 because a jealous captain got in the way. The lesson to be learned.Too much micromanagement leads to too much stress, which makes people do bad work.Let your team take care of its own business, since they are also pros who know what to do. Don't tell them anything unless they ask for it.Please comment on the above post. follow D J Prakash - Career Growth Mentor and Coach#micromanagement #boss #employees #ceos #ceo

Learning from Australia vs Afghanistan Match (of 7th November 2023)Note - If you haven’t seen the match - will recommend to watch the highlights (at least Australia's batting), then read further part...Learning from Maxwell's batting:➡️ Putting the best foot forward, every single time: You have to perform at your best - irrespective of the fact whether others have performed or not!➡️ Belief - that any target can be achieved is very important.➡️ Focus on the goal & constant assessment of situation - Constantly thinking about how to win from this stage. Even if we reach a stage where things become difficult, a constant thought to emerge victorious from that stage is something that keeps the window of victory open! ➡️ There is always a first time: If you/someone has not achieved/done anything, like this anytime in past, does not at all mean that it cannot happen! There’s always a first time and the outlook to achieve the unimaginable is the key to actually achieve it!➡️ Nation first, always Giving more than 100% for the country always and especially when the nation needs it the most!➡️ No Pain, No GainSuffer from temporary pain for a big gain➡️ Do what is needed, Do when it is neededAdapting to different methods (as per need of the hour)He was not able to run - so avoided singles/doubles and started hitting boundaries/sixes-------------------------------------------------------Learning from Cummins's batting:➡️ Understanding your role as per situation & playing accordingly➡️ Putting TEAM above SELF➡️ Cummins could have also scored more runs, but he scored only 12 runs in 68 balls. Why so? Because:- He choose to safeguard his wicket & give room to Maxwell so that he play bigger shots and increase the probability of winning!- He knew that his team member had the capability to bring victory to the team, so all that he needed to do was to provide him the required support.Sometimes, you have to take a backseat and simply support your team member.➡️ Having Plan B - Cummins would have taken the charge and started hitting only if Maxwell would have lost his wicket!
