Who uses Creation Consumer finance Ltd? ›

Creation Financial offer credit options for a number of popular UK retailers. If you have received a letter from Creation Financial, it's likely related to unpaid store credit or financing taken out with a retailer partnered with Creation Financial.

When will I receive my money? If you e-sign your agreement, we'll send your loan to your bank account within 3-5 working days. If you sign and return your paper agreement by post, it'll take a bit longer for you to receive your loan. We'll send you an email when your loan funds have been released.

Creation is made up of Creation Financial Services Limited and Creation Consumer Finance Limited. Between these two companies, Creation issues credit cards, store cards, personal loans and retail finance directly to customers, and through well-known high street retailers.

A consumer finance company is a type of company that provides loans directly to individuals. They may also purchase loans from other companies that lend money to borrowers. These companies are different from banks because they do not accept deposits or offer other banking services.

There are two main options to find out where a charge came from: Contact your bank, or reach out to the vendor for transaction details. Additionally, consider searching the transaction online or using your card provider's online tools to check transactions if available.

As part of the eligibility check, we contact the credit reference agencies, this won't affect your credit rating or your ability to obtain credit in the future and won't be seen by other lenders.

If you have failed to pay us any amount you owe under this agreement, we may use any money we owe you (whether under or in relation to this agreement, or in any other way) to reduce or repay the amount you owe us. This is called a right of "set off" which we can use without telling you in advance.

Manage your Creation issued Credit Card on the move anytime, anywhere with our Creation Credit Card App. Track your spending, easily make repayments, freeze your card if you need to and much more. To register, you'll need to enter your card number, expiry date and date of birth.
