Your listing must have at least 3 bookings, as well as at least 1 booking in the past 365 days. Dates must be unblocked at the time the promotion is activated. Dates also need to have been available for at least 28 days in order to be eligible for promotion.

If you don't see the option to send a Special Offer, check that the dates on your calendar aren't blocked or that you don't have any pending reservation requests for the same dates.

Sending special offers is a great way to encourage bookings or make someone's day. But sometimes, you might need to change or cancel your offer. As long as the guest hasn't accepted yet, go for it. If they have, you'll have to change the trip request reservation.

New listing promotion: When you have a new listing, you can offer a 20% discount on your first 3 bookings. Custom promotion: If your listing has at least 3 bookings, you can offer a custom promotion—just choose your dates and your discount.

Airbnb merely provides optional tools to enable you to offer discounts. If you decide to offer a discount off your nightly rate (excluding cleaning and service fees), discount styling will appear on your Listing(s) to promote your offer to guests.

If you can't find reservation info once you log in, there's a chance you may have two Airbnb accounts. You can set your nightly price when you create your listing in your Airbnb setup. The price you set applies to all future nights, and you can edit your nightly price any time in your Calendar through Pricing. You can also set a custom nightly price for any night by selecting and editing the night in your calendar.
