One winner will receive four tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on Saturday, Dec. 30. The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023 and have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize.
