Now more than ever, we need the assistance of both our own Guardian Angel and of all the angels to overcome the powers of darkness. Opus Angelorum (“The Work of the Angels”) is a Catholic religious order dedicated to promoting knowledge of and consecration to the angels. To consecrate oneself to your Guardian Angel is to make an alliance with him, so that you work together to glorify God and help build His Kingdom among men. Consecration to your Guardian Angel begins with a year-long course of study, which I will teach from the Formation book. I made my consecration to my Guardian Angel 12 years ago, and this year made a second consecration to all the angels (which requires a two-year course).

Opus Sanctorum Angelorum(English: “Work of the Holy Angels”), is a movement within the Catholic Churchthat promotes devotion to angels. The Holy See recognized it in 2010 as in full conformity with the Church’s teaching. It spreads devotion to the Holy Angels among the faithful, exhorts them to pray for priests, and promotes love for Christ in His passionand union with it. It is active particularly in Austria,where it originated, and in Germany,but also in Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, India, the Philippines, Italy and the United States.
In cannon law,the movement is classified as an associaiton of the Christian faithful,and includes, as well as individual members, lay, religious and priests, two religious institutes, the Canons Regular of the Holy Cross and the Sisters of the Cross.

Angel of GOD, my guardian dear, To whom GOD’s love commits me here, Ever this day be at my side To light and guard, to rule and guide. Take me by the Hand: I promise Docile obedience to your guidance So that I may attain eternal happiness. Amen.
