Poly totes provide a cost effective, reliable method of handling, storing and shipping liquids. Our high-density polyethylene (HDPE) IBCs are rotationally molded, forming a single piece, all poly IBC that is highly durable. These tanks are UN/DOT certified and can store liquids up to a 1.9 specific gravity, making them ideal for storing and transporting chemicals. When purchased new, these poly IBCs are also certified to meet the food-grade requirements of the USDA and FDA. Poly totes are available in standard capacities of 275 & 330 gallons and feature a heavy-duty base which is designed for four-way fork entry and two-way pallet jack access. They also feature stacking lugs which ensure appropriate alignment and stability when the tanks are stacked, allowing you to use space efficiently and save on labor, storage and freight costs. The standard sizes for poly composite IBCs are the 275-gallon & 330-gallon capacities. The 275-gallon capacity provides the most cost efficient use of material and easily double stacks in common over-the-road trailers. The standard poly composite tote tank dimensions are a 40" x 48" base, with 275-gallon containers having an overall height of 46", and 330-gallon containers having an overall height of 53". A 330-gallon poly composite IBC has the same base dimensions as a pallet, but can hold as much as six55-gallon drums!Composite IBC Tote Tanks
