Chaos Stones are the material used whenever you reforge Secret Chamber keys. Reforging keys changes the Key FX on it and may add or remove new FX. They can be obtained by using Secret Chamber keys that belong to you.

Trivia
This material is very easy to obtain and hard to use up (unless you are reforging keys daily, which you shouldn't). Since you get quite a lot of them just by playing your own Secret Chamber keys, there is no need to mainly farm for this material.
