Entry[ | ]
- Chaos Gates only appear on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, every hour, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
- Matchmaking is region-wise, and the required number of players is a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16.
- When a Chaos Gate appears, one of four Chaos Gate is randomly selected, and the same gate is generated on all spawning locations.

- Players can enter from each continent by interacting with the gate. The Chaos Gate matchmaking is the same, regardless of which location the entered the gate in.

- Players can enter Chaos Gates while already in a party. The party leader can request entry to the Chaos Gate. The level of the Chaos Gate will be decided based on the item level of the party leader. All party members must be in the same item level threshold as the party leader, otherwise entry is not possible.
Gameplay[ | ]
- Chaos Gates consist of countless demons in consecutive waves, and 3 bosses.
- Players have 10 minutes to defeat a boss, repeating 3 times.
- Player stats are not modified during Chaos Gate.
- The difficulty of the Chaos Gate depends on:
- The item level of the Chaos Gate
- The number of players in the Chaos Gate (difficulty does not change if people leave)
- One of four Chaos Gate will appear:
- Darkness Legion: During the boss battle, orbs that grant darkness debuffs will appear regularly.
- Plague Legion: During the boss battle, insects that debuff players' movement speed will appear regularly.
- Mayhem Legion: During the boss battle, Grotesque Doll that gives a flame debuff will appear.
- Phantom Legion: During the boss battle, orbs that debuff player damage will appear regularly.
- Defeating each boss grant 1 stack of the following:
- Defeat the Legion Captain: Defeating the Demon Commander raised morale. Atk. Speed +15%, Cooldown -15%, Combat Resource Recovery Speed +100%. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
- There's a chance that a hidden boss appears after defeating the last boss.

Rewards[ | ]
- Chaos Gates rewards can only be claimed once per day per roster.
- Any Chaos Gate has a chance to grant
Rage, Rage, or Rage rune. - All Chaos Gates grant one of the following:
- Normal Card Pack
- Uncommon Card Pack
- Rare Card Pack
- Epic Card Pack
- Legendary Card Pack III
- The hidden boss loot if either the same as a normal Chaos Gate or the loot marked under "Hidden boss".

- Players who don't help battle will now be kicked after a while.
- Players who die inside the Chaos Gate will now be resurrected in a location that aligns with their Chaos Gate progression.
- Removed a portal that acts as a starting point in the Chaos Gate (depending on progression).
- Defeating Repletio within the Mayhem Legion Chaos Gate will no longer remove the barricade where Shamos appears. Defeating Shamos will instead remove the barricade.
- If you leave or get kicked from a Chaos Gate due to lack of participation, you will no longer be able to re-enter through the entrance that is still open.
- You can no longer go to the Character Selection screen from a Chaos Gate.
- Fixed the issue where players get kicked from Chaos Gate while in combat if they do not defeat the boss monster soon enough.
