That means, there is no transaction fee added and you can cash-in as low as 20 pesos. For users with a UnionBank account, you must have an online access to your account to request for the linkage. Link Unionbank account and Cash-in to Lazada Wallet
To link your Unionbank account and top-up your Lazada wallet for free, here is the guide you can follow:
- Upon opening your Lazada app, tap the Account icon located at the bottom menu. And, under Lazada Wallet section, select your Balance. Or tap Cash in button just below the balance and it will be directed to Top up amount screen.
- Once your Lazada wallet is open, press the Cash In button.
- Select or enter the amount you want to top-up and click Proceed button.
- Tap the View all cash in methods forward arrow/button.
- Under Bank Account, choose Add UnionBank account.
- Read the instructions to cash in with UnionBank and tap Confirm button.
- Tick (✓) the box if you have a UnionBank online banking account. If you have a UnionBank account, but no online access yet, you need to register it first. Click here.
- To access your UnionBank account online, enter your username and password, and tap Log In button.
- Select the UnionBank account you want to link and press Authorizebutton.
- Enter the 6-digit One-Time Passwordsent to your registered mobile number and click Submit button.
- Wait for a few seconds while processing the transaction.
- Once the transaction has been successful, it will display the new total balance of your Lazada wallet. Tap Back to Home to start your shopping.
Unlink UnionBank account
If you want to unlink your account, you can do it anytime, just follow the steps stated below:
- In your Lazada Wallet menu, tap Payment Options icon.
- Under Bank Account, select the UnionBank-linked account.
- Press the three-dots icon and tap Delete Payment Option.
- To confirm the deletion of linked account, click Yes, delete button.
- Deletion is successful. Your UnionBank account is no longer linked to your Lazada wallet.
You can add and link your bank account again anytime. But if you encounter an issue re-linking the same account, you may contact bank to fully de-link the Lazada card information. Once it is fully de-linked, just follow the steps to link it back as shown in the above article.

Select the UnionBank account you want to sign-up and continue with the registration until you completed it successfully.
