Capital Work
means any work (including all design and consulting services (other than legal fees), labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and costs of permits and approvals of Governmental Authorities) to perform Capital Repairs or which otherwise involves any of the following:

All Condemnation Expenses paid by StadCo in excess of the proceeds of any Condemnation Award (other than to the extent such is paid as a result of a StadCo Event of Default under this Agreement) and otherwise constituting Capital Work are reimbursable (without duplication) from the Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund and/or the StadCo Capital Projects Fund.
The Stadium Authority Capital Projects Fund shall be applied exclusively to fund expenses incurred in connection with Capital Work.

Capital Work
means all Construction, Major and Minor Capital Projects and Rehabilitation and Replacement work required during the Term to either extend the life expectancy of an asset or to replace it altogether. All Capital Work shall be considered as Additional Services excluded from the Contract:
Capital Work
means repair, improvements or replacements that are considered capital repairs, improvements or replacements under generally accepted accounting principles that are consistent with industry standards and sound management practices, provided that if any repair, improvement or replacement work required at the Building would cost less than Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) to complete, then such repair, improvement or replacement shall not constitute Capital Work hereunder and shall be performed by Lessee pursuant to Paragraph 11(a) above. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, Lessee shall pay the cost of repairs for any damage to the Structural Elements, elements which would comprise items of Capital Work or the Exterior Common Areas caused by Lessee’s negligence, willful misconduct or the installation of any Alterations, to the extent (if any) not covered by the property insurance required to be carried by Lessor under the Lease.
