I do understand your concern. PayPal rewards can only be used to make online payments. For example, they can be used/put toward an online purchase you are making. When making your purchase, the reward amount will show at the checkout.
The rewards cannot be withdraw to your bank, or sent to a friend or family member. For further details, please review the Terms and Conditions.
