Effective July 31, 2023, FedEx Ground Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.), FedEx Ground Electronic Collect on Delivery (E.C.O.D.), and FedEx Express Collect on Delivery (parcel and freight) within and to the U.S. will be retired and no longer available. FedEx Ground C.O.D. within and to Canada will remain available for shipments at this time.
Please be sure to transition to a different payment collection service prior to July 31, 2023. Your e-commerce platform or shopping cart technology may have additional features that support payment collection. To find a FedEx Compatible software solution, visit Find a Solution (select E-Commerce Solutions > Express/Ground services > Billing Options). You will see several shopping cart options within compatible 3rd-party solutions that enable electronic collection of funds through shopping cart technology at the time of order.
