Any time you reserve a spot with SpotHero, we'll send you a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout with your Parking Pass. You can also access your Parking Pass in “My Reservations” on the website and in the app.

Can you arrive early to SpotHero? ›

You can enter at any time after the start time listed on your Parking Pass, and you can exit at any time prior to the end time. For example, if your reservation goes from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. you can enter any time after 8 a.m., and must leave anytime before 8 p.m.

If a customer overstays their reservation, parks in the wrong space, or takes up multiple spaces, you have the right to carry out vehicle enforcement measures, such as towing. Please note that SpotHero cannot arrange for towing services on your behalf, and you will need to handle each case individually.

Each time you make a purchase with SpotHero, the receipt will instantly be sent to your Chrome River account for automatic extraction of the transaction data.

If your coupon has a bar code on it, then there is no need to do anything with your coupon in advance. Simply scan your coupon at checkout and any estimate from your reservation will be adjusted before payment is due. Note: coupons cannot be used with a Pay Now reservation.

If you have booked a space that requires a QR code to access the space, you will be provided the code within your account after completing your booking. On arrival at the location, you should scan the code at the entrance to the car park. The location of the scanner will depend on the site.
