The brine sabre is a weapon that is dropped by brine rats after starting Olaf's Quest. One does not need to complete Olaf's Quest to wield the sword, however. It simply requires an Attack level of 40 to wield. Its stats are identical to those of the adamant longsword.

This weapon has a special attack called Liquefy, which deals damage and grants temporary combat stats increase.

Special attack[edit | edit source]

Liquefy is the special attack of the brackish blade and the brine sabre. It costs 50% adrenaline, strikes the opponent for 110-130% ability damage, and boost the wielder's Strength, Attack, and Defence by 3 flat levels +10% for one minute.
