"Please help me!I have financial constraints and booked this flight months in advance to get a lower fare. I'm worried about my job security and need to return to work to avoid risking my position. I have a scheduled job interview. I've taken bank loans and sold properties to fund this trip for a better life. I'm anxious to get back to my children left alone at home. I need food and water now."....passengers of IX 749In this fresh perspective, read the story of Akhil Ram and how he managed the passengers of IX 749Take a read: https://lnkd.in/dVaPfyZwAIRINDIA LIMITED @airindiax Kannur International Airport Limited #customerservice #leadership

Maria was a nurse, working long hours often past her shift end. Despite being so busy, she always had the energy for her children. She taught them about leadership not through lessons, but by just being herself—strong, loving, and endlessly caring.Maria would come home every evening with stories from her day at the hospital. These weren’t just any stories; they were about people's struggles and victories. Her children learned from her that to truly lead, you need to first understand and feel what others are going through.take a read: https://lnkd.in/dfTZTb8m #motherlyleadership #happymothersday

Remember when we were kids, and we'd ask "Why?" about everything? It was our superpower. Somewhere along the way, we lost that. But what if this year, we brought it back? Imagine embracing curiosity like an old friend, asking "Why?" and "What if?" at every turn. This year, let's make our motto: Stay curious.Take a read: https://lnkd.in/da_npPTG#staycurious #newgoal #selfleadership

History teaches us that when people lose their sense of purpose and destiny, the importance of life falls, and the way we live starts to lose its meaning. We work to save the environment, yet fail to protect the most vulnerable among us. Our houses are sturdy, but our family bonds are weak. We've grown more knowledgeable but less wise. Larger in size but not in strength. We gather facts but miss deeper understanding, and though we live longer, we enjoy life less.At work, this disconnection deepens.I would like to hear your thoughts - Take a read here: https://lnkd.in/dWVacYQq #purpose #workplacereflection #worklifebalance #communityovercompetition #sustainablesuccess

This Saturday, thanks to the unexpected rain in Dubai, I took the metro for a scheduled appointment and ended up having a fascinating chat with the CEO of a big food processing company sitting next to me. We talked about Dubai, the rain, and then he asked me what I do. I said, "We change behaviors playfully." That's something you'll hear from anyone at Skills Café and from our clients too.During our chat, I showed him some photos on my phone from recent training sessions we've done. These weren't just any sessions. We've been working with some of the top places, like a premium hospital in Abu Dhabi, a huge pharma company, and one of the biggest real estate companies in Dubai. Our programs, which ran weeks, included everything from leadership skills to behavioral skills, using games to help people learn how to work better together for a desired goal. But no matter the topic, everyone came to the same conclusion: they started seeing things about their behavior that they hadn't noticed before, especially at work. They figured out what they needed to change to get better results and made their own plans to do so.What really got me excited was seeing how much the top bosses care about their teams' growth and hearing from the people running the daily operations about how the learning journeys led to a real change in the workplace atmosphere, with team members stepping up and driving results. This whole experience, sparked by a chance meeting on a rainy day, reminded me of how unexpected moments can lead to great conversations and insights. It’s all about growing, learning, and making things better, one playful change at a time.#learninganddevelopment #behaviourchange #organizationaldevelopment #gamebasedlearning

Have you ever noticed a spark in someone? A glimmer of something special, perhaps untapped or unnoticed? It's easy to get lost in the day-to-day. Yet, as leaders, one of the most profound things we can do is to recognize and call out the potential we see in others.https://lnkd.in/dwuUHww3 #leadership
