If u want Android editors + IDE u can use pydroid(for python) and c# shell (for c#)
+ 2
C# =>> Visual Studio Community/Professional/Enterprise or Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, or Netbeans, Code BlocksPython =>> Pycharm by JetBrains, or Pydroid, or the official Python text editor from python.org! (Official Download form python.org is better)Notepad++ is great too!

C# and Python gotta go to Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows (remember there is the Python Tools package other than all the default C# stuff). If any other OS, the open source Visual Studio Code got you covered.

For a C++, you can use GDB Debugger if you don't have a current IDE in use ;D
