The Bay of Fundy is a bay between the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, a small section of the bay also touches the US state of Maine. Bay of Fundy has the worlds highest tidal range.
Bay of Fundy is known for having the rarest whales in the world, the highest tides on earth and for being scattered with dinosaur fossils. In 2014 experts made Bay of Fundy one of the natural wonders of the world. We highly recommend visiting The Fundy Geological Museum to see some of the oldest dinosaur bones in Canada, you can also see some of the ancient creatures that lived in Bay of Fundy millions of years ago, such as: dinausaurs, giant dragonflies, snow-bug-like creatures etc.
