The cost of a full van conversion can vary widely depending on several factors and based on your needs. Things such as the type and size of the van, the level of customization, and the materials and appliances used.

Here are the three main categories conversions fall into:

1. Budget: A basic van conversion with minimal features and a simple layout can cost around $3,000 to $10,000. This may include a basic bed, storage, and a small kitchen area with a portable stove and sink.
2. Medium: A mid-range van conversion with more advanced features and a custom layout can cost around $20,000 to $40,000.This may include a fixed bed, a functional kitchen with a fridge and stove, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and additional storage and seating.
3. Expensive: A high-end van conversion with luxury features and high-quality materials can cost over $50,000. This may include a customized layout with premium appliances and fixtures, high-end finishes such as hardwood flooring and granite countertops, and technology such as solar panels and elaborate electrical system.
