Critical:Professionalism,QualityI won’t berate the salon for their technicians faults. This salon came highly recommended by a coworker, and her nails were always done very well. I went in Friday for dip powder with tips. My technician didn’t introduce herself and started on my nails by asking if I had gel nails. I told her it was a basic Essie polish done at home. She clipped all of my real nails back to the nail bed and begin filing and buffing. I want to add that for the first 45 minutes of my service she was on the phone – shoulder hunched up to her device to keep the phone in place (up to her ear). The other 45 minutes she talked with her coworker. Once complete my nails had bubbles and dips and waves in them. I don’t like to make a ruckus, but my sisters nail tech literally told me after seeing my nails on FaceTime that I should go back immediately. I went back the next day and they had the same tech to “repair” the nails. She told the staff that my nails were deformed… LoL they didn’t look deformed before I received service from her. I think honesty is the best policy, and I will blame her phone call for her lack of attention. She didn’t level out the initial dip field and that’s why there were waves in my nails. You read the bad reviews and think, nah it’s not going to happen to me but… So the first four photos are before a and the last four are after they’d been redone. I won’t berate the salon for their technicians faults. This salon came highly recommended by a coworker, and her nails were always done very well. I went in Friday for dip powder with tips. We had appointments for 12, arrived a little before 12. Didn’t get started til 12:35. We asked for the Prescription Pedicure that ON THE MENU included hot stones. She informed us that it was the wrong menu and that $60 didn’t include the hot stones. They didn’t have a correct menu. So instead of honoring what their menu said, they told us it didn’t include it. We didn’t act ugly about, but they could’ve earned $60 more dollars between the 3 of us by honoring what their menu said. So instead, we downgraded to the $40 pedicures.

It was so cute and clean, to start off. I got taken back right at my appt time. Letty did my nails and she did such an amazing job. The acrylic wasn’t too thick or thin, the shape is exactly what I asked for as well as the design!! Overall I was impressed with this place! I’ll definitely be coming back.Acrylic nails

I always have a great experience at this nail salon. The aesthetic is beautiful and the techs are all meticulous. I never leave there disappointed in the quality or with crookedly-filed nails. On several occasions I’ve had techs go out of their way to do things that took extra time so that the final product was excellent. AND you can book online. A huge plus! I’ll go back again and again.

I’ve recently switched salons and let me tell you, my experience was WONDERFUL. First, the salon itself is clean and stylish. It made me feel luxurious just walking in lol They operate by appointment mostly (which I LOVE), and after I signed in I was greeted by Eily almost immediately. I went in for a fill and walked out with practically a brand new set. Eily reshaped my nails(I only wear stiletto) and they looked amazing before she even put the polish on, I was blown away! I gave her a vague idea of how I wanted my nails done and told her she can take the wheel, she was excited to be creative and it shows in her work. She puts a lot of care and love into what she does! I’ve found my new nail tech and will not be going anywhere else, she’s amazing

I have used this nail salon for months and all the nail techs do a great job! They are probably one of the best in town. I love Wendy, she is very meticulous and takes her time with ensuring my nails look great. However, they are expensive and up charge for little things. My nails are almond shaped and asked for the same shape with dip. I was up charged for the almond shape, when they did nothing extra for my nail shape! If you get ANY other shape than the regular square- you will be up charged. They also charge for removing the old polish/dip. This is not fully disclosed by anyone, until of course you are finished and go to pay. I don’t like that and will likely not return. When you pay nearly $70 for a dip color change WITHOUT a manicure, that is obscene. I don’t want to be charged extra for what is already included in a standard nail dip. Parking is horrible as well.
